Invite Participants to complete the Reflector Assessment survey. Send them a link that we provide and we'll do the rest.
Review Reflect Analysis within three days of close of survey period (one week or less).
Share and Discuss Results internally. You have a lot of flexibility as to how this is done and who it involves.
